Human Design

A system that builds a chart from date, time and place of birth: a bodygraph with centers and gates. We explain how to read it, where it came from, and what in it is interpretation rather than proven fact.

Wheel of 64 gates, human design chart
Five types

How the system divides people

01Manifestor

Initiates and informs.

02Generator

Responds to what comes in.

03Manifesting Generator

A combination of two strategies.

04Projector

Waits for an invitation.

05Reflector

Reflects the environment and waits for a lunar cycle.

Origins

What the wheel in the picture is

The wheel has 64 gates. They are associated with the I Ching hexagrams, with the codons of the genetic code, and with the astrological positions of the planets.[1]

The system was described in 1987. We present it as a language for self-observation: the chart is read as a set of questions to yourself.

Practice

How to use it without illusions

Take the chart as a hypothesis about yourself. Write down what matched and what did not. After a month, the diary will show whether this framework is useful to you.
